HONESTY
This should be self explanatory. If you can not be honest, then don’t even bother. I mean just look at how honest my character is in writing this business plan (if you've had the chance to read it...). Dishonesty will not be tolerated.
DEDICATION
Your sweat and blood are necessary forces behind driving your artistic existence. With out this there can be no success… Actually there can not be any success without failure, and I’m sure we’ve all experienced this. Failures have lead us to this point in our lives. Welcome home.
PASSION
This is often mistaken for anger in many of today’s situations. We are all passionate about WHY we are here, WHAT we do for our communities, clients, and ourselves, and HOW easily most of us would really like things in life to be in order to do all of the above. It is like that fire that burns inside your soul for the things you most desire in life… We just so happen to have passion about our media, technology, and art.

If you don’t have fun doing something, then what is the point? This life is not supposed to be a monotonous, repetitively boring mechanical equation, although that is what many companies thrive off of, we can thrive off of the mechanical equation while enjoying our selves at the same time.
